This site exists to describe the system and take project enquiries. The information handling matches that purpose, nothing more.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we store what you enter in the form: your contact details and what you choose to tell us about the project — room, subfloor, use, timing and intent. Nothing else is collected in the background, and there is no advertising or analytics tracking on this site.
How it is used
Enquiry details are used to respond to you, prepare for a first call and, if the project proceeds, to scope and quote it. They are seen by the Sprung Floors Australia team and are not sold or shared with third parties, other than the service providers that run our website and email.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records while they are commercially relevant — an open conversation, an active project, or a warranty relationship. If you would like your details corrected or removed, email gina@sprungfloors.au and we will action it.
Images and project details
We confirm permission before any project detail or supplied image is used publicly. That applies to everything on this site and anything you send us.
