How it installs

A floating, semi-sprung floor. Panels engineered with the resilient pads join with the clip and tongue system, creating controlled give and shock absorption without complex construction, over a suitable prepared subfloor.

Our sprung floor system is designed with portability in mind, making it an ideal solution if you relocate your studio. The floor can be carefully cut along the panel joins, releasing the precision clips and allowing the panels to be lifted, transported, and reinstalled in a new location. This provides a practical, cost-effective flooring solution that can move with you as your space evolves.

The method, on site

The infill and wave pieces are set out around the perimeter of the space, followed by the panels with the engineered resilient pads, which are all set out over the membrane. Clips sit into routed housings, followed by the tongues, at the panel edges, and small spacers hold the expansion gap while the installation takes place.

Four layers, one system.

The system is defined as four layers so it can be specified, supplied and supported as one floor.

01

Project interface

Moisture barrier, edge details, perimeter and infill components, together with door ramps if required, that resolve the floor cleanly in the room.

02

Performance core

The sprung floor panels, engineered with the resilient pads, joined by the clip and tongue system.

03

Finish package

Selected by choice. The sprung floor is supplied ready to receive a client-specified finish, from a range of dance vinyls to an engineered timber overlay.

04

Commercial support

Datasheets, sequenced installation and substrate guidance, with project-specific compliance documentation identified during technical review.
